Traditional Belgian Saison

In centuries past, Wallonian farm workers were paid in part with Bière de Saison, which meant, literally, “beer of the season.” But “the season” was a colloquialism meaning “summer,” and Saison beers became a classic thirst-quencher to be enjoyed on beautiful warm days, relaxing in the shade. It features distinct fruity and spicy aromas, but in homage to tradition, our version relies exclusively on water, malt, hops, yeast, and craftsmanship to achieve these characteristics, rather than fruit or spice additions. Its gentle tartness perfectly complements the hints of citrus, and it finishes very dry and refreshing. If you’re looking for the perfect poolside beer, this is it.
