Rustic Belgian Saison
This beer is so tasty, many people wonder whether we use spice or fruit additions, but water, malt, hops, and yeast — and a dash of beer craft magic — are all we use in this tangy, fruity, spicy Belgian Saison. Look for citrusy aromas with hints of fig or date, and a vague floral spiciness such as basil or coriander. As it ages, it will take on a top note of pear and become very crisp.
A paragon of paradox, this complex artisan Saison is robust yet light-bodied, fruity yet very dry, rich yet refreshing, and contemplative yet highly drinkable. It’s the most complex easy-drinking pint you’ll ever meet.
